Choose by chest first, then check the neck. Pick the size where your dog sits in the middle of the chest range. Deep chest or thick coat? Go up one size. Two fingers should slide flat under every strap.
Measurements are taken by hand and can vary by 1–2 cm.
How to measure
- Chest: around the widest part of the ribcage, just behind the front legs.
- Neck: around the neck where a collar normally sits.
- Back length: from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
- Weight: weigh yourself holding your dog, then subtract your own weight.
- Use a soft tape measure. Two fingers should slide flat under every strap once fitted.
- Between sizes, or a deep chest or thick coat? Choose the bigger size.
Description
A heavy-duty vest harness for strong, active dogs. The wide padded chest plate spreads the pull across the body, the top handle gives you instant control at kerbs and stiles, and two lead points let you choose between relaxed walking and steering a dog that pulls.
It goes on over the head and closes with four quick-release buckles, two on each side, so the fit stays secure on long hikes and busy streets.

- Padded vest body with a breathable mesh lining
- Reinforced grab handle on the back for close control
- Metal D-ring on the back and a lead point on the chest for steering
- Four metal-reinforced quick-release buckles
- Adjustable neck and chest straps for a close fit
- Hook-and-loop panels on the sides and back for patches

FAQs
What is included?
One tactical dog harness. Collar and lead are sold separately or together in the Tactical Walk Kit.
Which ring should I use?
The back D-ring suits everyday walks. The chest lead point gives more steering with dogs that pull.
How do I pick a size?
Measure the widest part of the chest behind the front legs and choose by chest first. Between sizes, go up one.
Is it good for small dogs?
It is built for medium and large dogs from about 5 kg up. For small dogs, a lighter harness is more comfortable.
