Check your inbox and spam folder for our dispatch email. Still nothing? Email contact@pawmusts.com with your order number and we'll send it to you.

What happens after you order

  1. Order placed

    You get an order confirmation email straight after checkout.

  2. Packed

    We pack and dispatch your order within 1–2 working days.

  3. Dispatched

    You get a dispatch email with your tracking number and carrier.

  4. Delivered

    UK delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Still no sign of your parcel?

If your order hasn't arrived 7 working days after dispatch, get in touch. We'll chase the carrier and sort it out.
