The bed is built around three things most pet beds compromise on: long-pile polyester faux fur for surface softness, high-loft polyester fibre filling that holds its shape over time, and a water-resistant Oxford fabric base with rubber stippling so it stays put on hardwood, laminate, or tile floors. Available in 6 sizes and 7 colours.

We offer six sizes. The diameter shown is the outer measurement of the bed — the inside resting area is roughly 15cm smaller, since the raised plush rim takes up part of the circle.

• Small (40cm) — kittens and toy breeds, up to 2.5kg
• Medium (50cm) — most cats and small dogs, up to 5kg
• Large (60cm) — Jack Russell, Pug, French Bulldog, up to 9kg
• Extra Large (70cm) — Spaniel, Beagle, up to 14kg
• XXL (80cm) — small medium breeds that nest, up to 18kg
• XXXL (90cm) — medium breeds that nest, up to 25kg

If your pet sleeps curled, nested, or leaning against an edge, match the size to their weight. If your pet sleeps stretched out rather than curled, the donut shape may not be the best fit at any size — a rectangular bed is usually a better choice for sprawlers.

Yes. The entire bed goes in the wash — there is no removable cover. Wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C with mild, pet-safe detergent. No bleach.

Tumble dry on low heat immediately after washing — this prevents the long-pile faux fur from matting. Between washes, give the bed a shake and a fluff to keep its round shape.

No. The Oxford base is water-resistant, not waterproof, and the long-pile faux fur is not designed for outdoor exposure. Indoor use only.

At launch, we ship within the United Kingdom only. We may add international shipping in the future.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused beds in their original condition. Once a pet has slept on the bed, it's no longer eligible for return on hygiene grounds. We can't resell used beds, so this policy lets us be straightforward with you about what we can take back.

Email us at contact@pawmusts.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Customers cover return shipping unless the bed arrived faulty or damaged — in which case we cover it.

Email contact@pawmusts.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.

Once we receive and inspect the returned bed, we'll process your refund within 3 working days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

Yes. Payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways. We never see or store your card details.
