Suede-Feel Pet Tote Bag – Small Dog and Cat Carrier with Safety Leash, Hand or Shoulder Carry, Reddish Brown

A suede-feel tote that keeps your pet secure

This pet tote bag has a soft suede-feel finish in a rich reddish brown, so it looks like a smart everyday handbag rather than a pet carrier. Inside, a built-in safety leash clips to your pet's harness to stop them jumping or wriggling out, and the splash-resistant lining helps protect the bag from small spills and damp paws.

Carry it by hand or on your shoulder for trips to the vet, the groomer, cafés and friends' houses, and use it in the car as a cosy travel bag for small cats and dogs.

Material and safety

The outer has a suede-feel finish and the lining is splash resistant, as described by the supplier. The exact fabrics have not been confirmed, so we have not listed them here. Always clip the safety leash to a harness, never a collar, so your pet cannot pull against their neck. In the car, place the bag on the seat or floor and secure it so it cannot slide; it is not a crash-tested restraint. Never leave your pet alone in the bag, in a parked car or in direct sun.

Size guide

Measurements are from the supplier's specification sheet. Allow a 1–2 cm variation for manual measurements. The supplier's pet-weight guidance is 12 jin, equivalent to 6 kg; weight alone does not guarantee a comfortable fit.

Will it fit my pet?

This tote is made for small cats and dogs. Weigh your pet and measure them from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, then compare with the dimensions above. Check that your pet fits comfortably without restricting their breathing or movement.

Styling

The warm reddish brown pairs well with camel coats, denim and knitwear, so the bag fits easily into autumn and winter outfits. Add a small blanket inside to make car journeys extra cosy.

Care

• Brush off hair and dust after each use
• Wipe the lining with a damp cloth
• Spot clean the suede-feel outer gently; do not soak or machine wash
• Air dry away from direct heat, and check the safety leash and handles regularly
