Opening

A printed nylon dog harness in the same six bright patterns as our printed collars and leads, from pixel hearts and red hibiscus to pink aliens and a rainbow pride print. It sits across the chest and behind the front legs rather than on the throat, so there is no pressure on the windpipe when your dog pulls.

It has two lead points: a D-ring on the back for relaxed walks, and a second D-ring at the front of the chest for more steering control with dogs that pull. The belly strap is lined with padded neoprene and closes with a quick-release buckle, so the harness goes over the head and clips shut underneath.

Fabric and safety

A harness spreads the pull of the lead across the chest and shoulders instead of the neck, which matters most for small breeds, flat-faced dogs and dogs that lunge. The front ring helps turn a pulling dog back towards you, but it is a walking aid rather than a training guarantee.

No breaking strength has been published for this harness. Check the buckle, rings and stitching before each walk, and take the harness off when your dog is unattended or in a crate.

Size guide

Ranges are the adjustable span of the harness. Measurements are taken by hand and can vary by about 2cm.

Fit notes

Measure the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs, and around the base of the neck. Choose by chest girth first, picking a size whose range runs at least 2cm above your dog's measurement. Once fitted, two fingers should slide flat under every strap, and the chest strap should sit on the breastbone, not across the throat.

Styling

Pair it with the printed nylon dog lead and collar in the same pattern for a full matching set.

Care

• Hand wash in cool water with mild soap
• Air dry away from direct heat; do not tumble dry
• Do not bleach or iron, as heat can fade the print
• Dry the buckle and D-rings after wet walks
