Measure around your dog's neck where the collar sits with a soft tape. Choose by neck measurement rather than weight.
| Size | Neck | Dog weight |
|---|
| S | 28–40 cm (11–16 in) | 9–15 kg (20–33 lb) |
|---|
| M | 38–50 cm (15–20 in) | 12.5–25 kg (28–55 lb) |
|---|
| L1 | 40–54 cm (16–21 in) | 20–35 kg (44–77 lb) |
|---|
| L2 | 44–58 cm (17–23 in) | 30–45 kg (66–99 lb) |
|---|
| XL | 52–66 cm (20–26 in) | 40–75 kg (88–165 lb) |
|---|
Choose a size whose neck range covers your dog's measurement. Set the control loop so the collar cannot close too far. If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger one only if its adjustment range allows the correct fit.
Several neck ranges overlap, particularly M, L1 and L2. Weight is only a cross-check, not the deciding measurement. The supplied chart does not distinguish relaxed and fully tightened neck measurements. Measurements are taken by hand, so a 1–2 cm difference is normal.
